Mr. Brown is a Principal in the firm and as Vice-President shares management responsibilities with the other two Principals. He has made significant contributions to the firm in the area of project management and has been responsible for numerous healthcare and commercial projects. His project management responsibilities include the firm's larger projects where he is responsible for the coordination of all disciplines, for maintaining and supervising the project schedule, for ensuring a constant flow of information between the client and the contractors throughout the project and for contract administration and inspection services during the construction phase of projects. As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Brown follows projects from inception to occupancy.
