
Mission Statement
It is our belief at CHB Mechanical, LLC that quality means more than the traditional quality
control or quality assurance measurements generally associated with professional
services. While these activities do have a significant place in our services,
they are only a part of our quality program. We believe quality involves every
aspect of our response to meet or exceed our clients expectations. It has been
our goal and our practice to have satisfied clients. We expend much energy
improving our work and providing a quality product for our clients.
Another aspect of our program involves our attention to quality and detail in the field of "what-if"
design. By guiding the user into a discussion of what could happen to his system
and its impact on the services he provides, we are able to tailor a design
unique to his needs and potential problems within the scope of his budget. As a
team member, the owner determines how best to spend his dollars and to develop
a plan for his facility's future. The owner not only receives quality in his
facility design, but also quality in his decisions affecting his future
renovation and/or expansion.
Project Managers are authoritative and responsible for maintaining project schedules, budgets and
cost control. Through experience we are able to closely estimate the
construction costs for our portions of the work. If the project is unfamiliar
to us, we work with contractors capable of providing these services.
At CHB Mechanical, LLC, we view quality as a goal. Quality means exceeding our client's
expectations by constantly seeking their input, identifying their concerns,
creating effective and unique solutions, maintaining open communications and
training our staff to provide these services.
